These videos provide instructions for yoga practices. Yoga practice is a resilience tool that can help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find mental clarity.

Deep Stretch Practice

This practice is suitable for beginners. It focuses on stretching, and is a 30-minute practice.

Beginner Flow

This practice, suitable for beginners, introduces a flow practice built around the sun salutations. This practice is slightly more physically challenging than the stretch practices.

Gentle Flow

This practice expands the flow practice to a full hour. This practice is suitable for beginner or intermediate practitioners.

Yoga Flow

This is another 60 minute flow practice, suitable for beginner or intermediate practitioners.

About the instructor

Eileen Xenarios completed yoga teacher training in 2012 at Awaken Yoga in Mentor OH. She has completed Trauma Informed certificates through both the Street Yoga and Yoga Unchained programs. She holds the E-RYT 200 designation through Yoga Alliance, and is a YACEP provider.

She has also studied meditation and yoga philosophy with Bill and Margot Milcetich, including in-depth study of ancient texts such as the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and others.i

She has taught classes in a corporate fitness center environment as part of a workplace wellness program for a Fortune 100 company. In addition, she has volunteered at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center, teaching classes to incarcerated youth. She has also volunteered for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center youth education programs.
