    Virtual counseling is available anywhere in Ohio or Florida. In-person counseling is available in the Cleveland Ohio area. 

Holistic Counseling Approach

Counseling for clients anywhere in Ohio or Florida via telehealth, and in-person in the Cleveland OH area.  

I use a holistic approach with clients, focusing on the mind, body, family history, spiritual practices, and personal interests. 

We'll work together to identify your goals, clarify your values, and create a targeted plan for success. 

You'll develop mental wellness plans that may include mindfulness, meditation, creativity, spirituality, self-talk, setting boundaries, improving communication, and forming holistic habits. 

Note: If you're outside of Ohio, resilience coaching is available.
