Counseling
Counseling for support in setting and reaching your resilience goals. In-person options in Cleveland Ohio, virtual in other locations in Ohio, Florida and Minnesota.
Insurance available for counseling through several carriers including Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Lyra, Tricare East, and more.
Note: Counseling may be provided after an assessment to determine if the person is the right fit for our services. Referrals will be made for clients who are outside of the scope of practice for counselors. Counseling is only available within locations where licenses exist, including Ohio, Florida and Minnesota.

Mindfulness Coaching
One-one-one virtual mindfulness, yoga and meditaiton coaching for people outside of counseling locations. If you’re in a state covered by our counseling services, you may explore whether counseling is the right fit for you.

With just 3-6 virtual mindfulness coaching sessions, you’ll be prepared with new habits and strategies to become more resilient to stress in your life.
